Salary of a Member


  1. Regulation 10 of the Defence Force (Furlough) Regulations is amended-
  (a)  by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (3) ", regulation
14";
  (b)  by inserting at the end of paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (3) "or
Determination 0601, Uniform Maintenance Allowance, made under section 58B of
the 
 Defence Act 1903".

Application


  2. This Interim Determination shall take effect on the day on which
Determination 0601, Uniform Maintenance Allowance, is made under section 58B
of the Defence Act 1903.
