1981 No. 33 DEFENCE FORCE (SALARIES) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. This Interim Determination shall take effect-

   (a)  in relation to the repeal of regulation 9B of the Defence Force
        (Salaries) Regulations-on the day on which Determination 0303, High
        Electricity Charges Allowance, is made under section 58B of the
        Defence Act 1903; and

   (b)  in relation to the repeal of regulation 9C of the Defence Force
        (Salaries) Regulations-on the day on which Determination 0304,
        Airconditioning Allowance, is made under section 58B of the Defence
        Act 1903.
