Regulation 2 of the Defence Force (Reserves) (Financial) Regulations is amended- (a) by omitting from paragraph (a) of the definition of "reserve service" in sub-regulation (1) "or"; (b) by inserting in paragraph (b) of the definition of "reserve service" in sub-regulation (1) ", other than as an employee" after "capacity" and "or" after ";"; and (c) by inserting after paragraph (b) of the definition of "reserve service" in sub-regulation (1) the following paragraph: "(c) rendered by a Judge of a federal court or a Judge of a court of a State or Territory;". 1981 No. 20 DEFENCE FORCE (RESERVES) (FINANCIAL) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2 Allowance in respect of attendance 2. Regulation 13 of the Defence Force (Reserves) (Financial) Regulations is amended- (a) by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (1) "$1.20" and substituting "$1.80"; (b) by omitting from paragraph (b) of sub-regulation (1) "$2.20" and substituting "$3.15"; (c) by omitting from paragraph (c) of sub-regulation (1) "$3.20" and substituting "$4.20"; and (d) by omitting from paragraph (d) of sub-regulation (1) "$4.00" and substituting "$5.80". 1981 No. 20 DEFENCE FORCE (RESERVES) (FINANCIAL) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3 Application 3.
