Citation


  1. These Regulations may be cited as the Defence (Parliamentary Candidates)
Regulations.

Interpretation


  2. In these Regulations, "the Act" means the Defence (Parliamentary
Candidates) Act 1969.

  3. The Legislative Assembly for the Australian Capital Territory is
prescribed for the purposes of paragraphs 7 (1) (b), 8 (b) and 9 (b) of the
Act.
