1. Commencement


  1.1 These Regulations commence on 1 March 1993.

2. Amendment


  2.1 The Cattle Transaction Levy Regulations are amended as set out in these
Regulations.

3. Regulation 4(Prescribed amounts for the purposes of section 6 of the Act)


  3.1 Omit the regulation, substitute:
  "4.(1) For the purposes of paragraph 6(1)(a) of the Act, $2.58 is
prescribed.
  "(2) For the purposes of paragraph 6(1)(b) of the Act, $0.78 is prescribed.
  "(3) For the purposes of paragraph 6(1)(c) of the Act, $0.52 is prescribed.
  "(4) For the purposes of paragraph 6(2)(a) of the Act, $0.57 is prescribed.
  "(5) For the purposes of paragraph 6(2)(b) of the Act, $0.17 is prescribed.
  "(6) For the purposes of paragraph 6(2)(c) of the Act, $0.00 is
prescribed.".
