CUSTOMS (NARCOTIC SUBSTANCES) REGULATIONS AMENDMENT1979 No. 34
- REG 1 
        Regulations 3 and 4 of the Customs (Narcotics Substances) Regulations
are repealed and the following regulations substituted:


Declaration of narcotic substance




 
    " 3.    For the purposes of the definition of `narcotic substance' in sub-section
4 (1) of the Act, each substance or thing the name of which is specified in
column 1 of the Schedule is declared to be a narcotic substance.







Trafficable quantity of narcotic substance




 
    " 4.    For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of `trafficable
quantity' in sub-section 4 (1) of the Act, the quantity set out in column 2 of
the Schedule opposite to the name of a substance or thing specified in column 1
of the Schedule is prescribed in relation to that substance or thing.".
