CHILD SUPPORT (ASSESSMENT) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2008 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 97 OF 2008)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Child Support (Assessment) Regulations 1989 to reflect changes being made by the Child Support Legislation Amendment (Reform of the Child Support Scheme - New Formula and Other Measures) Act 2006, principally to reflect the new formula for calculating administrative assessments of child support that will commence on 1 July 2008.
