1. Amendment


  1.1 The Customs Regulations are amended as set out in these 
Regulations.

Act 1901, s. 48.]

2. Regulation 124 (Security for payment of duty)


  2.1 Paragraph 124 (1) (b):
Omit the paragraph, substitute:
  "(b) the prescribed classes of goods are:
    (i) traveller's samples; and
    (ii) wedding presents; and
    (iii) goods imported for use at a public exhibition or 
entertainment, not being cinematograph films of a kind usually used for 
profit, or theatrical costumes, scenery or property; and
    (iv) testing or evaluation equipment; and
  (c) the prescribed purposes are:
    (i) assembly or other industrial purposes approved by the 
Collector; and
    (ii) testing or evaluation.".
