1997 No. 10 CORPORATIONS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2.1 After regulation 8.1.01, insert: Exemption of transactions relating to
sporting events from Chapter 8 of the Corporations Law

"8.1.01A. Chapter 8 of the Corporations Law does not have effect in relation
to any transaction based on an agreement that comes within the definition of
'adjustment agreement' in section 9 of the Corporations Law if that
transaction relates to the course or outcome of a sporting event.".
