  1.1 The Corporations Regulations are amended as set out in these
Regulations.
(NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act
1901, s. 48.)

  2.1 After item 9, insert:
  "9A              CHESS Depositary Nominees Pty Limited".

  2.2 After item 19, insert:
  "19A             Permanent Custodians Limited
  19B              Permanent Depository Limited
  19C              Permanent Nominees (Aust.) Limited
  19D              Permanent Trustee Australia Limited".

  2.3 Item 21:
Omit the item.

  2.4 Item 39:
Omit the item.

  2.5 After item 41, insert:
  "41A            Superannuation Nominees Pty Limited".

  2.6 After item 47, insert:
  "47A            Trustees of Western Australia Limited".
