1. Amendment


  1.1 The Corporations Regulations are amended as set out in these
Regulations.
(NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act
1901, s. 48.)

2. Regulation 3.8.01 (Annual return)


  2.1 After paragraph (k), insert:
  "(ka) whether:
    (i) the company operates solely for the purpose of acting as the
trustee of a regulated superannuation fund within the meaning of section 19 of
the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993; and
    (ii) the memorandum of the company prohibits the distribution of
its income or property among its members, regardless of whether or not the
company has a share capital.".
