Citation


  1. These Regulations may be cited as the Crimes (Aviation) Regulations.

Commencement


  2. These Regulations commence on 16 March 1992.

Interpretation


  3. In these Regulations, "the Act" means the Crimes (Aviation) Act 1991.

Prescribed airports


  4. For the purposes of subparagraph (a) (iii) of the definition of
"authorised person" in section 3 of the Act, and paragraphs 26 (1) (a) and (2)
        (a) of the Act, the following airports are prescribed:
  (a) in Australia-each airport mentioned in the Schedule; and
  (b) outside Australia-each airport serving international civil aviation.
