  1. After regulation 2 of the Crimes Regulations the following regulation is
inserted:
Order prescribed for purposes of section 20AB of the Act
  "3. A community-based order made under Part 5 of the Penalties and Sentences
Act 1985 of the State of Victoria is prescribed for the purposes of section
20AB of the Crimes Act 1914.".

  2. The last regulation of the Crimes Regulations is renumbered as regulation
4.
