COMMONWEALTH PLACES (APPLICATION OF LAWS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2005 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 297 OF 2005)

- Description:These Regulations repeal the sunset clause in subregulation 3(2) of the Commonwealth Places (Application of Laws) Regulations 1998. The effect of this amendment is that regulation 3 will continue to prevent the Liquor Act 1982 (NSW) from applying to the Vicary's Winery site in NSW indefinitely.
