7. The Schedule to the Commonwealth Inscribed Stock Regulations is amended by
omitting Form 24 and substituting the following form:

Commonwealth Inscribed Stock Act 1911 REQUEST TO PAY INTEREST TO ACCOUNT AT
BANK OR OTHER FINANCIAL
INSTITUTION To the Registrar Registry of
Inscribed Stock at Please pay to the credit of (Name)          at the
(Name and branch of Bank or other financial institution) (Nature of Account
and Account Number) all interest as it becomes due on stock which is now
inscribed or may in the future be inscribed in the name(s) of (Name of
stockholder) of (Address).
