3. Schedule 3 (Goods the importation of which is prohibited unless specified conditions, restrictions or requirements are complied with)

3.1 Schedule 3: After item 7, insert:
  "8    Detachable magazines, having a capacity of more than 10 rounds,

for rim-fire self-loading rifles
The importer must produce to a Collector, at or before
importation, a certificate that:

   (a)  states that the detachable magazines are for use
for official purposes; and

   (b)  is signed by the Minister for Justice or a Minister
responsible for police in a State or Territory".
