CUSTOMS (PROHIBITED IMPORTS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2008 (NO. 4) (SLI NO 103 OF 2008)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations 1956 to insert additional circumstances under which anti-personnel sprays, chemicals used in the manufacture of anti-personnel sprays, and grenades or canisters designed for use with anti-personnel sprays or chemicals may be imported into Australia.
