CRIMES (OVERSEAS) (DECLARED FOREIGN COUNTRIES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2005 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 121 OF 2005)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Crimes (Overseas) (Declared Foreign Countries) Regulations 2003 to roll over the period for which Iraq and the Solomon Islands are 'declared foreign countries' under the Crimes Overseas Act 1964 for a further two years from 1 July 2005 to 1 July 2007.
