CLASSIFICATION (PUBLICATIONS, FILMS AND COMPUTER GAMES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (NO. 2) (SLI NO 123 OF 2009)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Regulations 2005 to prescribe a fee for applications to the Classification Board for an assessment of the likely classification of an unclassified film or computer game and repeals provisions in the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Act 1995 which establishes arrangements for the advertising of certain unclassified cinema release films. This is a new application type that is introduced by the new Advertising of Unclassified Films and Computer Games Scheme on 1 July 2009.
