1992 No. 61 CUSTOMS (PROHIBITED EXPORTS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

  3.1   Heading to Part IA:
Omit the heading, substitute:
                             "PART 1A".

  3.2   Part IA:
Omit item 3, substitute: "3 Bayonets designed or adapted for use with firearms
referred to in item 1".
  3.3   Part IA:
Omit item 8, substitute: "8 Equipment that during its operation is directly
interconnected (physically or by means of a communication link) to, and is
necessary for the effective control of, goods referred to item 7".
  3.4   Part IA:
Omit item 14, substitute: "14 Equipment that during its operation is directly
interconnected (physically or by means of a communication link) to, and is
necessary for the effective control of, goods referred to item 13".
  3.5   Part IA:
Omit item 17, substitute: "17 Parts (including software) and accessories
designed or adapted for use in or with goods referred to in item 4, 5, 6, 7,
8, 10, 15 or 16 18 Goods that are fitted with any goods referred to in item
4".
  3.6   Part IB:
Omit the heading, substitute:

"PART 1B".
  3.7   Part IB:
Omit item 1, substitute: "1 Goods designed or adapted for the detection,
decoying, sweeping, destruction or disposal of goods referred to in item 6 or
7 of Part 1A".
  3.8   Part IB:
Omit item 2, substitute: "2 Goods designed or adapted for the detection or

1A".
  3.9   Part IB:
Omit item 4, substitute: "4 Vessels (including underwater vessels), aircraft

Omit the heading, substitute:

Omit the heading, substitute:

  3.14   Part III:

  3.15   Part III:
Omit items 3, 4 and 5, substitute: "3 Ammunition (other than ammunition
