Schedule 13 (Goods the exportation of which is prohibited unless a permission or licence to export the goods has been granted under regulation 13B by the Minister referred to in that regulation or an authorised person) 1992 No. 61 CUSTOMS (PROHIBITED EXPORTS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1 1. Amendment 1.1 The Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations. (NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48) 1992 No. 61 CUSTOMS (PROHIBITED EXPORTS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2 2. Regulation 13B (Export of goods specified in Schedule 13) 2.1 Subregulation 13B (2): Omit "in, Part IA, Part IB or Part II", substitute "in, Part 1A, Part 1B (other than item 8) or Part 2". 2.2 Subregulation 13B (3): Omit "in, Part III", substitute "in, item 8 of Part 1B or Part 3". 1992 No. 61 CUSTOMS (PROHIBITED EXPORTS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3 3.
