3. The Tenth Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations is
repealed and the following Schedule substituted:
TENTH SCHEDULE
Regulation 12 GOODS THE EXPORTATION OF WHICH IS PROHIBITED UNLESS THE APPROVAL
OF THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR TRADE OR OF AN AUTHORIZED OFFICER IS
PRODUCED TO THE COLLECTOR
