Commencement


  1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 February 1985.

Prohibition against export except with approval of Minister of State for
Trade


  2. Regulation 12 of the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations is
amended-
  (a)  by omitting from sub-regulation (1) "and Resources" (wherever
occurring); and
  (b)  by omitting from sub-regulation (2) "and Resources".

Tenth Schedule


  3. The Tenth Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations is
repealed and the following Schedule substituted:
