Commencement


  1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 May 1984.

Second Schedule


  2. The Second Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations is
amended-
  (a)  by omitting items 1, 1A, 3F, 7 and 8 from Part I; and
  (b)  by omitting Part V.

Twelfth Schedule


  3. The Twelfth Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations is
amended-
  (a)  by omitting Part I; and
  (b)  by omitting the heading "Part II".
