CIVIL AVIATION SAFETY AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2007 (NO. 3) (SLI NO 226 OF 2007)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998 and deals with exemptions from CASR for single place gyroplanes with an empty weight of not over 250 kilograms. The proposed amendment is intended to ensure the requirement under the current CASR 200.003 is consistent with Civil Aviation Order (CAO) 95.12 - Exemptions from Provisions of the Civil Aviation Regulations 1988 (CAR) - Gyroplanes Having an Empty Weight not in Excess of 250 kg.
