- Description:These Regulations amend the Corporations Regulations 2001 to complement amendments to the Corporations Act 2007 made by the Corporations Amendment (Insolvency) Act 2007 (Act No 132) which received Royal Assent on 20 August 2007, and implement reforms to the external administration provisions of the Corporations Regulations 2001.
