CORPORATIONS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2006 (NO. 4) (SLI NO 126 OF 2006)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Corporations Regulations 2001 to update references to director and executive remuneration disclosures, extend the period which auditing standards made by the profession have the force of law and address certain unintended consequences of the implementation of auditor independence provisions.
