CRIMES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2006 (NO. 2) (SLI NO 288 OF 2006)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Crimes Regulations 1990 to prescribe Division 7 of Part VII of the Police Administration Act (NT) (Northern Territory forensic procedure law) as corresponding law for the purposes of section 23YUA of the Act. This enables the Northern Territory to participate in the sharing of information stored in the DNA database.
