1. Amendment


  1.1 The Civil Aviation Regulations are amended as set out in these 
Regulations.

2. Regulation 7 (Delegation)


  2.1 Add at the end:
  "(3) A delegate is subject to any written direction of the Director 
in the exercise of a power, or the performance of a function, 
delegated under subregulation (1).".
