Citation


  1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Carriers
Liability) Regulations.

Commencement


  2.  These Regulations commence on 1 February 1991.

Interpretation


  3.  In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:
"the Act" means the Civil Aviation (Carriers  Liability) Act 1959.

Liability limits


  4.  For the purposes of the subsection of the Act specified in Column 2 of
an item in the Schedule, the amount specified in Column 3 of that item is
prescribed.
