CIVIL AVIATION (FEES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2007 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 116 OF 2007)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Civil Aviation (Fees) Regulations 1995 to revise and extend the list of regulatory services for which fees may be charged by CASA, and to alter the level of fixed fees and hourly rates, in line with the Government's cost recovery policy.
