Commencement


  1. These Regulations shall come into operation on the date of commencement
of section 15 of the Australian Airlines (Conversion to Public Company) Act
1988.

  2. Regulation 164AAC of the Conciliation and Arbitration Regulations is
amended by inserting after paragraph (2) (b) the following paragraph:
  "(ba)  Australian Airlines Limited;".
