1985 No. 19 CONCILIATION AND ARBITRATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 4

4. Regulation 164AAB of the Principal Regulations is repealed and the
following regulation substituted: Prescribed State laws for the purposes of
section 44C

"164AAB. Each of the following laws is prescribed for the purposes of section
44C of the Act:

   (a)  Industrial Arbitration Act, 1940 of the State of New South Wales;

   (b)  The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act of 1961 of the State
        of Queensland;

   (c)  Industrial Relations Act 1979 of the State of Western Australia;

   (d)  Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1972 of the State of
        South Australia;

   (e)  Industrial Relations Act 1984 of the State of Tasmania.".
