COMMONWEALTH AUTHORITIES AND COMPANIES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2007 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 157 OF 2007)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Regulations 1997 to add the Royal Australian Navy Central Canteens Fund to a new table in regulation 6 and remove the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and the Corporation and Markets Advisory Committee from schedule 1 part 1.
