COMMONWEALTH AUTHORITIES AND COMPANIES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2005 (NO. 2) (SLI NO 177 OF 2005)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Principal Regulations to update the list of prescribed Commonwealth authorities in Schedule 1, Part 1. This update removes the Australian Broadcasting Authority and the Australian Communications Authority, which were abolished on 1 July 2005, from the list. This is a minor administrative change for better clarity and completeness.
