BROADCASTING SERVICES (HOURS OF LOCAL CONTENT) REGULATIONS 2007 (SLI NO 297 OF 2007)

- Description:These Regulations prescribe 'daytime hours' for the purposes of section 43C of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992 (the Act), and 'prime-time hours' for the purposes of Division 5C of Part 5 of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.
