Schedule


  The Schedule to the Banks (Shareholdings) Regulations is amended by
inserting after Item 4B the following item:

(N.S.W.) Limited                           National Mutual Royal Savings Bank
                                              Limited
                                           RBC Australia Holdings Limited
                                           The National Mutual Life
Association
                                              of Australasia Limited
                                           The Royal Bank of Canada, being
                                              the corporation formed or
                                              incorporated under that name
                                              in Canada".
