The Schedule to the Banks (Shareholdings) Regulations is amended by inserting
after Item 1A the following item: "1AB Bankers Trust Australia Limited Bankers
International Corporation,
being the corporation formed or
incorporated under that name in the
United States of America
Bankers Trust Company, being the
corporation formed or incorporated
under that name in the United
States of America
Bankers Trust New York Corporation,
being the corporation formed or
incorporated under that name in the
United States of America
BT Foreign Investment Corporation,
being the corporation formed or
incorporated under that name in the
United States of America
BT International (Delaware) Inc.,
being the corporation formed or
incorporated under that name in the
United States of America
BT Investments (Australia) Limited,
being the corporation formed or
incorporated under that name in the
United States of America".
