Schedule


  The Schedule to the Banks (Shareholdings) Regulations is amended by
inserting after Item 2AB the following item:
"2ABA Deutsche Bank Australia Limited   Deutsche Bank AG, being the
corporation
                                        formed
                                        or incorporated under that name in
the
                                        Federal
                                        Republic of Germany".
