1983 No. 81 BOUNTY (BOOKS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. Regulation 5 of the Bounty (Books) Regulations is amended by omitting
paragraph (f) and substituting the following paragraph:

"(f) such particulars relating to the book as are relevant to determine
whether bounty is payable on the production of the book, including its title,
author, subject matter, number of printed pages and-

        (i)    where the publisher has supplied any papers or binding
               materials to the manufacturer or a manufacturer of the
               book-details of the quantities supplied and used and the cost
               (if any) to the manufacturer; and

        (ii)   where the applicant is the publisher-the cost to him of any
               paper or binding materials supplied by him free of charge to
               the manufacturer or a manufacturer of the book;".
