1980 No. 77 BOUNTY (COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLES) REGULATIONS - REG 7
Execution of documents by a company
7. Where the assembler of a bountiable vehicle is required by, or for the
purposes of, the Act or these Regulations to sign a document and the assembler
is a company, the document may be signed on behalf of the company by a
director or the secretary of the company.
