BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY IMPROVEMENT (ACCREDITATION SCHEME) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2007 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 127 OF 2007)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Building and Construction Industry Improvement (Accreditation Scheme) Regulations 2005 to ensure that persons such as developers and consortiums, who do not undertake building work, will not require scheme accreditation, but persons who do carry out building work will.
