BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY IMPROVEMENT (ACCREDITATION SCHEME) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2006 (NO. 2) (SLI NO 198 OF 2006)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Building and Construction Industry Improvement (Accreditation Scheme) Regulations 2005. They add further criteria that the Federal Safety Commissioner must consider in order to accredit an applicant under the Australian Government Building and Construction Occupational Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme.
