1984 No. 39 AUSTRALIAN WAR MEMORIAL REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Regulation 3 of the Australian War Memorial Regulations is amended-
(a) by omitting the definition of "certificate" and substituting the following
definition:



" 'certificate' means a certificate issued under regulation 5;"; and
(b) by omitting the definition of "security officer" and substituting the
following definition:



" 'security officer' means a person appointed under regulation 5 to be a
security officer;".
