AUSTRALIAN WAR MEMORIAL AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2007 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 238 OF 2007)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Australian War Memorial Regulations 1983 to enable the Australian War Memorial to enter into all contracts under section 35 of the Australian War Memorial Act 1980 to an amount of $1 million without the need of the approval of the Minister for Veterans' Affairs.
