- Description:These Regulations amend the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Regulations 2001 to 2007 allow the Australian Securities and Investment Commission to disclose particular information to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, CPA Australia and the National Institute of Accountants for the purpose of paragraph 127(4)(d) of the Australian Securities and Investment Commission Act 2001.
