1997 No. 83 AUSTUDY REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

1. Commencement 
1.1 Regulation 9 is taken to have commenced on 4 December 1996.

1.2 Regulation 10 is taken to have commenced on 1 January 1997.

1.3 Regulations 6, 11, 12 and 14 commence on 1 July 1997. [NOTE: The remaining
provisions of these Regulations commence on gazettal: see
Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.]
