1. Amendment

  1.1 The AUSTUDY Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.
(NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act
1901, s. 48.)

  3.1 Paragraph 7 (1A) (b):
Omit the paragraph, substitute:
  "(b) if paragraph (a) does not apply-is payable to the student from the
start of the student's course.".

Omit "Division 6 of Part 3", substitute "Part 4".
