1. Commencement


  1.1 These Regulations commence on the same day as Part 7 of the Schedule to
the Qantas Sale Act 1992.

  2.1 These Regulations are connected with the sale of Qantas Airways Limited.

3. Amendment


  3.1 The Audit Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

  4.1 Omit "Asia Pacific Distribution Ltd".
  4.2 Omit "Australian Asia Airlines Ltd".
  4.3 Omit "Qantair Ltd" to "Q.H. Tours Ltd" (inclusive).
  4.4 Omit "VIVA] Holidays Ltd".
