AUSTRALIAN PARTICIPANTS IN BRITISH NUCLEAR TESTS (TREATMENT) REGULATIONS 2007 (SLI NO 154 OF 2007)

- Description:These Regulations prescribe the conditions that a person eligible for treatment under the Australian Participants in British Nuclear Tests (Treatment) Act 2006 must satisfy in order to be reimbursed travel expenses when the eligible person travels for treatment of malignant neoplasia and also prescribe the amounts of travelling expenses that may be reimbursed.
